    Thank goodness!! the recipe I used the first time I tried anpan was from a blog, it turned out hard as a rock for some reason 😭 so I’m very glad to have your anpan recipe! 🥰

      @@kitchenprincessbamboo they turned out amazing! I also made a dairy free version subbing the butter for a dairy free butter and soy milk for milk for my lactose intolerant friends and they were a HUGE it! I made 48, 24 dairy free and 24 original recipe and there are none left. Thank you so much! Adding this recipe to my stash❤️🤗

    Can you frozen the dough as next day preparation?

      I believe you just get some sweet red beans (also called adzuki beans), cook them and mash them up into a paste with some sugar :)

      Just buy a proper kitchen scale. You live in the states so you can get a good one under $30
